Must- follows on Twitter

With twitter taking over the social media landscape, there are literally hundreds of accounts that specialise in tennis. Here are 10 twitter accounts that you should follow if you want to be up to date with whatever may be happening in the tennis Wor

7Tennis(@7tennis): This twitter account gives constant updates on the going on of Australian tennis, including results, updates on players injuries and also retweeting any important tweets from Australian tennis players and officials.

Aussie Tennis(@aussie_tennis: Situated out of Melbourne, Victoria the owner of this page is a deadest tennis tragic. They are not a journalist of any kind, but they are constantly giving score updates on Australian players who are playing all over the World

Lleyton Hewitt (@lleytonhewitt): In my opinion the greatest role model in Australian tennis. Lleyton is only a fairly recent addition to the Twitterverse but he has already amassed 50 thousand followers.  As part of his role as Australian Davis Cup Captain he is following the Australian players around and is constantly giving updates on their progress

Aussie Tennis Talks(@AusTennisTalks): Similar to the Aussie tennis twitter page. This page gives updates on the scores of Australian players, especially at Grand Slams where they cover even the juniors that are playing, information that is hard to get usually.

Tennis News (@tenniscourier): Gives updates on the goings on of tennis around the World. It gives updates on the future of tennis as well, something this blog will be doing.

Tennis Victoria (@tennis_vic): The official account of Tennis Victoria is a source of everything that is happening around Melbourne and Victoria when it comes to tennis.

Tennis Australia (@TennisAustralia): The Tennis Australia twitter account is the hub for any information about anything that is happening in Australian tennis

Australian Open (@AustralianOpen): Throughout the main event on the Australian tennis calendar, this account will keep you updated with everything that is happening in the two-week tournament.

Tennis Now(@Tennis_Now): Another great account that gives updates on scores and everything else that is happening around the tennis World.

We are Tennis (@WeAreTennis): Very similar to a few of the other sites on this list. Very quick score updates are especially impressive on this twitter site.
